It feels like coming home.

Your body will always show you the places you are not free.
Pain and discomfort are just communicators.

Our body is made to self- heal. It WANTS to heal.
If it is intelligent enough to create life, it can heal,

Pain, discomfort and ‘dis-ease’ are your body’s way of communicating with you. The body’s physical tissue is a mirror, which mimics our inner world. Communication patterns and pain are an invitation into and to shine light onto the parts of us that are misaligned/blocked/wounded, directing us to the parts that need help to heal.

Once we learn to pick up on the patterns of the body and learn to listen, pathways can be unblocked and true healing and freedom can be achieved.

“There is no cure or anything we can do” simply means there is not a magic pill or surgery that can fix it.
This. Is. A. Good. Thing.
You don’t want to silence the communication pathways or completely remove them. Your body will only find a way to speak louder.

No matter what the origin of pain or ‘dis-ease’ in the body, whether it be physical, emotional or spiritual, there will ALWAYS be a physical tissue restriction that accompanies it . Because there is a restriction of life-force to that area, so there will be a restriction to blood flow, energy flow and therefore healing.

When we restrict ‘flow’ to an area of our body, we increase stagnation and pain (usually referred to as lymphatic blocks and inflammation).

Lack of flow = stagnation (lack of freedom)
Stagnation = toxicity.
Toxicity = ‘dis-ease’ and pain.

So, where are you feeling stagnant in your physical body and your life? Where are you lacking freedom and freedom of movement?

All of our internal systems and organs need movement to survive. If one of our systems in our body is deprived of freedom, it will be deprived of blood flow and nutrients, and deprived of optimal function.

Follow the link to find out more information on how we can help re-align and improve your body’s tissue and organ function.

We help to create space,
your body does the healing.

Did you know your organs need to ‘move’ well to function well??

That’s right. Just like every other soft tissue or muscle in our body, our organs need to move to receive optimal blood flow and fluid flow. When they have been overworked (or forced to work harder) at certain points, the connective tissue surrounding the system will tighten, restricting movement and fluid flow in and out.

Like any other soft tissue in the our body, if its restricted and tight we add movement and release to get it functioning at its best.
This is very gentle and guided by the individuals body and energetic system for release.
You know that feeling when you sigh right!? We can create that feeling in tissue around our organs, and allow them that space and freedom to shine.
